1. Who these terms are with

Toolhast is operated by Al-Raziq Studio, based in Pakistan. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Al-Raziq Studio, and "you" means anyone using the site.

2. Accepting these terms

By using Toolhast you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. No account is required, so your use of the site is itself the acceptance.

3. What we provide

We provide free online tools. They are offered as they are, with no guarantee that they will always be available, always be correct, or always behave the same way. We may change, add or withdraw tools at any time without notice.

We make no promise that any particular tool will remain free of charge, although free access is the intention and the reason the site exists.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You may not:

• attempt to disrupt the site, including by automated scraping at a volume that degrades it for others, or by any form of denial-of-service;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its infrastructure, or its data;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, malware, or abusive content;
• misrepresent the site as your own, or imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist; or
• use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law.

We may block access from any source that does these things, without notice.

5. Results from the tools are yours

We make no ownership claim over words, lists or results a tool produces for you, or over anything you type into one. Use the output however you like.

6. Our content

The written content of this site — explanations, guides and page copy — and its design and source code are our work and are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole pages, or reproduce the site or a substantial part of it as your own.

The underlying word data is a different matter: it comes from openly licensed sources that you are free to use directly. The Credits & Licences page lists each source and its licence.

7. Trademarks

Wordle is a trademark of The New York Times Company. Scrabble is a trademark of Hasbro in the United States and Canada and of Mattel elsewhere. Words With Friends is a trademark of Zynga. Any other product names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

These names appear on this site only to describe what our tools help with, which is nominative fair use. Toolhast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of these companies.

8. No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In particular, we do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose, that any word list matches the rules of any particular game, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. See the Disclaimer for more detail.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the site — whether or not we were advised such damages might occur.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Links to other sites

Some pages link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

11. Advertising

The site may display advertising supplied by third parties. We do not control the content of individual ads and do not endorse advertised products. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what we do not. The short version is that the tools process everything in your browser and send nothing to us.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
